Can my camper be in the same cabin as their friends?

Accepted Answer

o   You may request to be in the same cabin as a same gender friend by listing their name(s) on the registration form. We will do our best to assign you in the same cabin, however we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled.

Do you offer any financial assistance for camp?

Accepted Answer

o   Yes! To be considered for financial assistance, fill out this Financial Assistance Request form and email it to Rachel at stthomascamp@diocesegfb.org. If you would like to reserve a spot during a certain camp week while you wait to hear about financial aid, you must select "Offline" as the payment option when you register for that camp even if you plan to pay by card.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

o   You can cancel your registration. However, 50% of the registration fee per camper is nonrefundable. A prorated portion of the remaining fees may be refunded if the camper is sent home due to illness or injury. Refunds will not be made for cancellations being made within three days of the start of the session. No refund will be given if a camper leaves early due to disciplinary reasons, parent request, homesickness, dissatisfaction with camp experience, or there is no advanced notice of the cancellation to the Camp Manager.
