At Camp
o Yes! To be considered for financial assistance, fill out this Financial Assistance Request form and email it to Rachel at stthomascamp@diocesegfb.org. If you would like to reserve a spot during a certain camp week while you wait to hear about financial aid, you must select "Offline" as the payment option when you register for that camp even if you plan to pay by card.
o You can cancel your registration. However, 50% of the registration fee per camper is nonrefundable. A prorated portion of the remaining fees may be refunded if the camper is sent home due to illness or injury. Refunds will not be made for cancellations being made within three days of the start of the session. No refund will be given if a camper leaves early due to disciplinary reasons, parent request, homesickness, dissatisfaction with camp experience, or there is no advanced notice of the cancellation to the Camp Manager.
