Preparing for Camp
At Camp
Registration
o Driving directions from Great Falls
§ Head East from Great Falls on US 89 South to Armington Junction (approximately 23.5 miles).
§ Turn right at Armington Junction on US 89 South for 23.3 miles. Camp is located on the West side of the highway.
o Driving directions from White Sulphur Springs
§ Head North from White Sulphur Springs on US 89 North (approximately 50.7 miles). Camp is located on the West side of the highway.

o Check-in is open between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM on Sunday. Upon arrival, campers will be signed in by a parent or responsible adult.
o Pick-up is between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM on Friday. Families are invited to attend Mass at approximately 11:00 AM, prior to departure. Following Mass, the campers and staff take a group photo and a light lunch will be provided for campers and their families to enjoy together. All campers must be signed out by a parent or responsible adult before leaving the campus.
o If your camper takes any medication, please be sure it is listed on the Camper Information Form at registration. Medications cannot be given without this completed form. All medications must be in their original containers with clear instructions, and should be turned into the Camp Nurse at check-in. During the camp day, the Camp Nurse will safely supervise and administer any required medications.
o The staff are all trained in CPR and first aid and will provide appropriate minor medical treatment if a camper becomes ill or injured. If a camper is showing signs of illness before camp, please keep them home. If a camper develops any concerning illness symptoms or has a temperature of 101 degrees or higher recorded at camp, parents will be required to pick up their child immediately. Depending upon the illness, a doctor’s note stating that the camper may safely return to camp may be required.
o We are happy to have your camper join us! The kitchen at camp is a nut-free facility, and we can provide allergen-friendly alternatives to most meals, including dairy-free and gluten-free options. Please designate your camper’s allergies and dietary restrictions on the registration form. If your camper’s dietary needs are intricate and you need to send them with special food, please email Rachel at stthomascamp@diocesegfb.org (mailto:stthomascamp@diocesegfb.org)to make those arrangements.
